Electrostatic Spraying and Its Application in Food Industry

静电喷涂是一种新型喷涂技术,由于其具有原料节约、涂覆效率高、涂膜性能强、工业化连续操作可行等优点,受到各领域的广泛关注。目前该技术发展十分迅速,国内外涂料工业、农业、食品等行业均已有大量研究与应用。主要阐述静电喷涂技术基本原理,分类及特点、影响因素以及静电喷涂在食品工业上的应用进展。

Electrostatic spraying is a new technology in recent years. It can save raw materials,increase the coating efficiency,improve the performance of the coating,and is conducive to the industrial continuous operation,so it has attracted extensive attention from various fields. At present,the development of electrostatic spraying is very rapid and the technology is widely researched and applied in domestic and foreign paint industry,agriculture and food industry. In this review,the technology and basic principle of electrostatic spraying were introduced. The classification,characteristics,influencing factors and application were also concerned. In addition,the application of electrostatic spraying in food industry was especially discussed.
