摘要
为探究农废热解液与多菌灵混配对水稻纹枯病的协同防病、减农药以及水稻的增产作用,进行了室内抑菌试验和盆栽、大田防病试验。结果表明:2.5mL/L的农废热解液与多菌灵混配有明显的协同增效作用。2.5mL/L农废热解液与0.4和0.667g/L多菌灵混配时抑菌率分别比1.667g/L高5.86%和8.05%,并减少了多菌灵使用量76.00%和59.99%。盆栽和大田防病试验结果表明,2.5 mL/L农废热解液与0.4和0.667g/L多菌灵混配时不仅显著减少多菌灵使用量,还比1.667g/L多菌灵单独使用时的防效基本一致或更高,并且显著提高水稻产量。用农废热解液喷晒处理的水稻叶片中过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)的酶活性以及叶绿素含量均比对照分别提高了5.81%、27.81%、94.84%和9.6%。
In order to explore agricultural waste pyrolysis liquid combined with carbendazim effects of synergistic prevention against rice sheath blight disease,pesticide reduction and increased rice production,the experiment of indoor bacteriostatic test,pot and field disease prevention were carried out.The indoor text showed that the 2.5 mL/L of pyrolysis liquid mixed with carbendazim revealed an obvious synergistic effect.When the 2.5 mL/L pyrolysis liquid was mixed with 0.4 g/L or with 0.667 g/L carbendazim,the inhibition rates increased by 5.86% and 8.05%,in addition,the usage of carbendazim decreased by 76.00%and 59.99%,respectively.In the pot and field disease control experiments,it significantly reduced the usage of carbendazim when the 2.5 mL/L pyrolysis liquid was mixed with 0.4 g/L or with 0.667 g/L carbendazim.In the meantime,it obtained the same or even higher control effect than 1.66 g/L carbendazim singly used.The enzyme activities of catalase(CAT),superoxide dismutase(SOD)and peroxidase(POD)and the chlorophyll content in rice leaves treated by sprayed agricultural waste pyrolysis liquid increased by 5.81%,27.81%,94.84% and 9.6%,respectively,compared with the contrast.
