某重选尾矿金浮选试验研究 被引量:4

摘要 在工艺矿物学研究的基础上,对某重选尾矿(主要载金矿物为磁黄铁矿和黄铁矿)中的金的综合回收利用开展了选矿试验研究。在磨矿细度为-0.074 mm含量占70%,用NaOH调节矿浆pH=8,捕收剂为异戊基黄药(80 g/t)+丁铵黑药(40 g/t),浮选浓度为33%,粗选时间为3 min的条件下,通过一粗两精三扫的闭路试验流程,可获得金品位为28.40 g/t的浮选精矿,金回收率达到93.47%。通过试验研究发现:在低碱度条件下,采用NaOH作pH调整剂时金的浮选效果明显优于石灰;与丁基黄药相比,使用异戊基黄药作捕收剂,对石灰体系下金回收率的提高效果更好;同时,黄药与黑药的混合使用会起到"协同作用",也能够明显提高金的选别效果。 Based on the mineralogy characteristics,the research on the comprehensive recovery and utilization of gold in a gravity separation tailings(the main gold-bearing minerals are pyrrhotite and pyrite)was carried out.Under the condition that the gringding fineness is-0.074 mm content of 70%,NaOH is used to adjust the pulp pH=8,the collector is isoamyl xanthate + ammonium butylate,the flotation concentration is 33%,the coarse selection time is 3 min,the flotation concentrate with gold grade of 28.40 g/t can be obtained through a closed test process of one stage roughing,two stage cleaning and three stage scavenging,and the recovery rate of gold was 93.47%.It is found through experimental research that under the condition of low alkalinity,when NaOH is used as pH regulator,the flotation effect of gold is better than lime;Compared with butyl xanthate,unsing isoamyl xanthate as collector has a better effect on improving the recovery rate of gold under lime syste;At the same time,the combination of xanthate and aerofloat will play a synergistic role,which can also significantly improve the gold separation effect.
