含砷金精矿砷富集试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 某黄金冶炼厂收购的含砷金精矿中金品位低于30 g/t,若直接进入冶金流程,既影响流程平衡,又会增加生产成本。根据砷矿物浮游特性,在pH=3.5的条件下,对含砷金精矿进行再磨后砷富集预选,采用一次粗选两次精选一次扫选工艺,获得产率为51.11%的较高品位金精矿,其中含金48.10 g/t,含硫32.56%,含砷7.13%,砷回收率达到90.61%。利用该预处理工艺最终实现了含砷金精矿物料中砷、硫、金的分选富集,降低了后续冶金作业处理量,有利于提高冶金指标和企业综合效益,从而实现清洁生产、节能减排的目标。 The gold grade of arsenic bearing gold concentrate purchased by a gold smeltor is less than 30 g/t,if entering into the metallurgical process directly,it will not only affect the balance of process,but also increase production cost. According to the planktonic characteristics of arsenic minerals,the arsenic concentration was pre-selected after regrinding arsenic bearing gold concentrate under the condition of pH=3.5. The high grade gold concentrate with 51.11% yield was obtained by one roughing and twice selection,of which gold content is48.10 g/t,sulfur content is 32.56%,arsenic content is 7.13%,arsenic recovery rate of 90.61%. Finally,the separation and enrichment of arsenic,sulfur and gold in arsenic bearing gold concentrate were achievedby the pretreatment process. It reduces volume of subsequent metallurgical operations,helps to improve metallurgical indicators and comprechensive benefits of enterprises,so as to achieve clean production,energy saving and emission reduction goals.
