摘要
采用火焰原子吸收分光光度标准曲线法测定磷霉素钙片中磷霉素钙(以C3H7O4P计)含量。当磷霉素钙浓度为14.61~116.9μg/mL,浓度与吸收度线性关系良好,r=0.999 0,平均回收率为101.6%(RSD=1.5%,n=9)本法简便、快速、准确、重现性好,适用于磷霉素钙片的质量控制。
A flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry method to determine the fosfomycin calcium(calculated by C3H7O4P) in fosfomycin calcium tablets was built.When the concentration of fosfomycin calcium was form 14.61 to 116.9 μg/m L,the concentration and absorbance demonstrate a good linear relationship,r=0.999 0.The average recovery rate of fosfomycin calcium(caculate by C3H7O4P) was 101.6 %(RSD=1.5%,n=9).This method is simple,rapid,accurate and reproducible,which is suitable for the quality control of fosfomycin calcium in fosfomycin calcium tablets.
