黄连有性生殖对其质量和产量的影响

Effect of sexual reproduction of Coptis chinensis on its quality and yield

植物营养生长和生殖生长之间存在着一定的关系。为了探讨有性生殖对药用器官产量和药用成分质量的影响,本文采用随机分组采样和黄连摘蕾对比实验,通过高效液相色谱法检测其主要药用成分含量。结果显示,摘蕾实验组黄连的产量明显高于正常生长组,但其质量上的差异不明显。研究结果表明黄连的有性生殖对其产量具有明显的影响,但对质量影响不明显,研究结果为提升黄连的生产和管理提供了重要的科学支撑。

To study the effect of sexual reproduction of Coptis chinesis on its medical organ yield and berberine composition quality,an experiment with groups of normally-grown and disbudded Coptis chinesis was conducted.The results indicated that the production of disbudded group was significantly higher than that of the normally-grown group,while their quality was almost the same.It is concluded that sexual reproduction significantly affects the yield of Coptis chinesis,but not obviously on its quality.
