应用型本科高校学生就业与创业教育的思考——以纺织类专业为例

How to carry out employment and entrepreneurship education for students in application-oriented colleges and universities: a case study of textile specialties

结合应用型本科高校纺织工程专业就业与创业教育方面的实际,在市场调研的基础上,阐述了就业与创业的内涵,分析了供需之间出现矛盾的主要原因。从改革招生制度、加强就业观念教育、改进学生创业指导服务、跨专业组建"大创项目"的创业团队、加强对创业成功者的宣传、强化创业导师的培养、鼓励教师深入企业挂职或兼职以及加强校企合作等七个方面提出开展就业和创业教育的建议。

The intension of employment and entrepreneurship is introduced.The present situation that application-oriented colleges and universities carry out employment and entrepreneurship education for students in textile specialties is surveyed.Some suggestions,such as reforming recruit system,strengthening employment concept education,improving entrepreneurship guidance,establishing entrepreneurship teams with students from different specialties,vigorously promoting the facts of successor of entrepreneurship,striving to train entrepreneurship tutors,encouraging teachers to practice in enterprises and strengthening university-industry cooperation,are proposed.
