摘要
校企合作作为职业教育重要组成部分,是高职院校和企业共同培养技术技能型人才的主要模式,但是在如何培养学生"工匠精神"这一点上迟迟没有突破。从学生、教师、企业和学校等视角出发,探寻当前校企合作过程中制约高职院校学生"工匠精神"培养的因素,并在此基础上,尝试找出突破各种困境的对策。
School-enterprise cooperation as an important part of vocational education, is the major mode of cultivating technical talents with Craftsman’s spirit in vocational colleges. But how to cultivate “craftsman’s spirit” of students has yet to break through. This paper analyzes the factors that restrict the cultivation of “Craftsman’s spirit” of vocational students in the process of school-enterprise cooperation, and finds out the countermeasures to break through this dilemma from the aspects of students, teachers, enterprises and schools.
