Chinese teaching in England for five years has had a far-reaching and irreplaceable influence on both the beginning and the whole life of Lao She＇s literary creation. This point is very important which needs to get high attention if we want to study Lao She deeply. The unique life experience of Chinese teaching and textbook editing not only enriches his works＇ content,but also adds endless artistic charm to the language of his novels. It is clear that language and literature,teaching and creation,the two groups of intrinsically related but obviously different elements combine closely and perfectly in Lao She＇s writing,no matter in the early several novels or in the later literary works.
