摘要 目的:建立养阴生肌妇炎栓中龙胆苦苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Shi m-pack VP-ODS(150×4.6 mm I.D.),以水-乙腈(80∶20)为流动相,流速为1.0 m L/mi n,检测波长254 nm,柱温30℃进行检测。结果:龙胆苦苷的线性范围为:20.0~110.0μg/m L,线性方程为:Y=12519X+23859,r=0.999 8;平均加样回收率为98.10%(RSD=0.41%)。结论:该法稳定、快速、简便,结果准确、可靠,可用于养阴生肌妇炎栓中龙胆苦苷的含量测定。 Objective: To establish the methods for content determination of gentiamarin in YangYin ShengJiFuYan suppository. Methods: High performance liquid chromatography was used, they were detected when chro-matographic column was Shim-pack VP-ODS (150× 4.6 mmI. D.), mobile phase: water -acetonitrile (80:20), flowrate: 1.0 mL/min, detection wavelength: 254nm, column temperature was 30 ℃. Results: Linearity range of gentia-marin was 20.0-110.0μg/mL, linear equation was Y=12519X+23859, r=0.999 8; average recovery rate was 98.10%(RSD=0.41%). Conclusion: The method, stable, rapid, convenient, accurate and reliable, could be used for contentdetermination of gentiamarin in YangYin ShengJi FuYan suppository.
