国医大师张学文治疗胸痹气滞痰阻血瘀证用药经验探析

National Medical Master Zhang Xuewen's Medication Experience of Treating Thoracic Obstruction of Qi Stagnation, Phlegm Obstruction and Blood Stasis Pattern

目的:应用中医传承辅助系统软件,挖掘张学文教授治疗胸痹气滞痰阻血瘀证的用药规律。方法:收集张学文教授近5年治疗胸痹气滞痰阻血瘀证的病例,采用关联规则、系统熵聚类等数据挖掘方法,分析张学文教授治疗胸痹气滞痰阻血瘀证的用药经验和用药规律。结果:对筛选出的103首处方进行统计处理,得出处方中使用频次最高的药物是丹参,其次是瓜蒌、薤白、砂仁、檀香等;药物组合频次由高到低排序,前5位分别是"薤白,瓜蒌""丹参,瓜蒌""薤白,丹参""薤白,丹参,瓜蒌""砂仁,瓜蒌";药物之间的关联规则显示丹参、瓜蒌、薤白、檀香、砂仁等药物居于网络图中间,均为张学文教授诊治胸痹气滞痰阻血瘀证最常用的中药。结论:张学文教授治疗胸痹气滞痰阻血瘀证以理气、活血化瘀、化痰类药物为主。

Objective： To dig into Professor Zhang Xuewen忆s medication laws of treating thoracic obstructionof Qi stagnation, phlegm obstruction and blood stasis pattern by applying Traditional Chinese Medicine InheritanceSupport System （TCMISS）. Methods： Professor Zhang Xuewen忆 s medication experience and medication laws oftreating thoracic obstruction of Qi stagnation , phlegm obstruction and blood stasis pattern were analyzed bycollecting his medical cases of thoracic obstruction of Qi stagnation phlegm obstruction and blood stasis pattern inthe recent five years, and using data mining methods of association rules, system entropy clustering and others.Results： All 103 prescriptions selected were statistically processed, the most frequently used drug was DanShen（Salvia miltiorrhiza）, followed by GuaLou （Trichosanthes kirilowii Maxim）, XieBai （bulbus allii macrostemi）, ShaRen（fructus amomi）, TanXiang （sanders） and others; drug pairs ranked from high to low in the frequency, the top fivedrugs were＂XieBai and Gualou＂,＂DanShen and GuaLou＂,＂XieBai and DanShen＂,＂XieBai, DanShen and GuaLou＂and＂ShaRen and GuaLou＂; DanShen, GuaLou, XieBai, TanXiang, ShaRen and others were in the middle of networkmap among the association rules, which were the commonly used herbs of Professor Zhang Xuewen treating thoracicobstruction of Qi stagnation phlegm obstruction and blood stasis pattern. Conclusion： The drugs of Professor ZhangXuewen treating thoracic obstruction of Qi stagnation phlegm obstruction and blood stasis pattern are of regulatingQi, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, eliminating phlegm.
