陈黄汤对HAART继发高乳酸血症HIV/AIDS患者的影响

Effects of ChenHuang Decoction on HIV/AIDS Patients with Secondary Hyperlactacidemia Who Underwent HAART

目的:探讨陈黄汤对高效抗逆转录病毒疗法(HAART)继发高乳酸血症HIV/AIDS患者临床症状评分及血乳酸水平的影响。方法:将HAART继发高乳酸血症HIV/AIDS患者120例随机分为对照组和观察组各60例,对照组予常规碳酸氢钠治疗,观察组口服陈黄汤辅助治疗;比较2组患者治疗前后临床症状评分、血乳酸及CD4^+T淋巴细胞绝对计数水平。结果:观察组患者临床疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后临床症状评分和血乳酸水平低于对照组及治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后3个月和6个月CD4^+T淋巴细胞绝对计数水平均与对照组相当,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:陈黄汤可有效改善HAART继发高乳酸血症HIV/AIDS患者临床症状及体征,降低血乳酸水平。

Objective： To investigate the influence of ChenHuang decoction on clinical symptom score andblood lactic acid level of HIV/AIDS patients with secondary hyperlactacidemia after highly active anti-retroviraltherapy （HAART）. Methods： All 120 patients were randomized into the control group and the observation group, 60cases each group. The patients in the control group were treated with dicarbonate as routine, and the ones in theobservation group orally took ChenHuang decoction as adjuvant therapy. Clinical symptoms scores, blood lactic acidand CD4＋T lymphocyte absolute counting of the patients in both groups were compared between before and aftertreating. Results： The observation group was superior to the control group in clinical effects, and the difference hadstatistical meaning（P〈0.05）; the observation group after treating was lower than the control group and theobservation group before treating in clinical symptoms scales and blood lactic acid level, and the difference showedstatistical meaning（P〈0.05）; CD4＋T lymphocyte absolute counting of the observation group was equivalent to thatof the control group after treating in three months and six months after treating, and the difference had no statisticalmeaing（P〉0.05）. The difference had statistical meaning when it was compared with that before treating（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： ChenHuang decoction in treating HIV/AIDS patients with secondary hyperlactacidemia after HAARTcould effectively improve clinical symptom and body signs, lower blood lactic acid level.
