基于力学理论的针刺三透法治疗贝尔面瘫临床观察

Clinical Observation of Needling Three-penetration Method in Treating Bell Palsy Based on the Theory ofMechanics

目的:观察基于力学理论的针刺三透法治疗贝尔面瘫的疗效。方法:将贝尔面瘫患者80例随机分为2组各40例,治疗组采用基于力学理论的针刺三透法,对照组采用普通针刺疗法,15天后观察2组患者临床疗效及stennert评分、House-Brackmann评分变化情况。结果:基于stennert评分的临床疗效总有效率2组均为100%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);基于House-Brackmann评分的临床疗效总有效率治疗组为95.0%,对照组为70.0%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于力学理论的针刺三透法治疗贝尔面瘫根据stennert评分的临床疗效总有效率与普通针刺疗法相当,而stennert评分的恢复率及House-Brackmann评分的临床疗效优于对照组。

Objective： To observe the effects of needling three-penetration method on Bell palsy based on thetheory of mechanics. Methods： Eighty patients were randomized into two groups, 40 cases of the treatment groupadopted needling three penetration method, and the control group common needling therapy, clinical effects of bothgroups, the changes of stennert scales, House-brackmann scales were observed in 15 days between both groups.Results： Total clinical effective rates of stennert scales of both groups were 100%, and the difference had no statisti-cal meaning（P〉0.05）; total clinical effective rate of House-brackmann scales of the treatment group was 95.0%,higher than 70.0% of the control group, and the difference had statistical meaning（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Needlingthree-penetration method based on the theory of mechanics is equivalent to common needling therapy in the treat-ment for Bell palsy according to total clinical effective rate of stennert scales, while the recovery rate of stennertscales and clinical effects of House-brackmann scales are superior to these of the control group.
