摘要
目的:观察三点法针刀松解髌下脂肪垫治疗膝风湿寒性关节痛的临床疗效。方法:将膝风湿寒性关节痛患者120例随机分为治疗组、中药组和针刺组各40例,治疗组行三点法针刀松解髌下脂肪垫,但不松解其他组织;中药组口服祛寒逐风合剂治疗;针刺组接受针刺治疗,1个疗程后观察3组患者关节疼痛模拟评分(VAS)、关节冰冷模拟评分、压痛点数的变化情况。结果:治疗后3组VAS评分、关节冰冷模拟评分及压痛点数降低或减少,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与中药组及针刺组比较,治疗组患者VAS评分、关节冰冷模拟评分及压痛点数降低或减少更明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组有效率为95.0%,高于中药组的80.0%及针刺组的77.5%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:三点法针刀松解髌下脂肪垫能够有效治疗膝风湿寒性关节痛。
Objective: To observe clinical effects of three-point method acupotomy releasing infrapatellar fatpad in treating knee arthralgia of wind damp cold pattern. Methods: All 120 patients were randomized into the treat-ment group, the herb group and needling group, 40 cases each group, the treatment group accepted the lysis of infra-patellar fat pad by three-point method acupotomy, and other tissues were unhandled; the herb group took cold-elimi-nating wind-dispelling mixture orally; and the needling group accepted the needling, the changes of tendernesspoints number, joint cold simulation scores and VAS of the patients in three groups were observed in one course. Re-sults: VAS, joint cold simulation scores and tenderness points number decreased in three groups, and the differenceshad statistical meaning(P〈0.05); compared with the herb group and the needling group, VAS, joint cold simulationscores and tenderness points number reduced obviously in the treatment group, and the difference showed statisticalmeaning(P〈0.05); the effective rate of the treatment group was 95.0%, higher than 80.0% of the herb group and77.5% of the needling group, and the difference showed statistical meaning(P〈0.05). Conclusion: Three-pointmethod acupotomy releasing infrapatellar fat pad is effective in treating knee arthralgia of wind damp cold pattern.
