手术后功能性胃排空障碍34例治疗体会

The treatment experience of 34 cases of functional delayed gastric empting syndrome after hepatobiliary operation

目的探讨腹部手术后发生功能性胃排空障碍(FDGE)的治疗方法。方法对2013年9月至2016年9月在郑州大学第五附属医院肝胆外科进行腹部手术后发生FDGE患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 34例患者在术后1周左右发生FDGE。给予患者心理辅导,持续胃肠减压,维持水电解质和酸碱平衡,促胃动力药物,中医针灸等治疗,随访至26周,3例患者因原发疾病死亡,其余31例未再出现FDGE。结论术后FDGE是多因素所致,经非手术综合治疗后多能治愈。

Objective To investigate the treatment of functional delayed gastric empting syndrome（ FDGE） after abdominal operation. Methods The clinical data of 34 cases of FDGE after abdominal operation in the department of hepatobiliary surgery in the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from September of 2013 to September of 2016 were retrospectively analyzed. Results Thirty-four patients suffered from FDGE about one week after operation. The patients were treated with psychological counseling,continuous gastrointestinal decompression,maintaining water-electrolyte and acid-base balance,gastric motility-promoting drug and Chinese acupuncture. The patients were followed up for 26 weeks,three patients died from primary disease,and the rest 31 patients had no FDGE. Conclusions FDGE is caused by multiple factors. The patients will be cured by non-surgical comprehensive treatment.
