米氮平联合氨磺必利治疗抑郁症的效果分析被引量：3

摘要目的探讨米氮平联合氨磺必利治疗抑郁症的效果。方法选择2016年2月至2017年8月许昌市建安医院收治的80例抑郁症患者,根据治疗方案分为对照组和研究组,各40例。对照组接受米氮平治疗,研究组接受米氮平联合氨磺必利治疗,两组疗程均为6周。统计治疗前及治疗1、2、4、6周后两组患者汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分,并对比两组临床疗效以及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组总有效率(90.00%)高于对照组(72.50%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗2、4、6周后,研究组HAMD评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率(20.00%)与对照组(15.00%)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用米氮平联合氨磺必利治疗抑郁症,可提高临床效果,改善患者抑郁症状,且安全性较高。
