摘要
目的探讨成人骨性Ⅰ类前牙唇倾度的影响因素。方法选取2010年6月至2017年6月于郑州大学第一附属医院放射科行正畸治疗和前拍摄头颅侧位片检查的120例骨性Ⅰ类错颌畸形患者。根据SN-MP平面将患者分为A、B、C组。采用Pearson相关分析研究患者ANB角度与上颌前牙唇倾度⊥-SN°、⊥-NA°、⊥-NA mm以及下颌前牙唇倾度|--MP°、|--NB°、|--NB mm的相关性,并分析SN-MP平面与上下前牙唇倾度之间的相关性。结果 Person相关性分析结果显示,ANB角与下前牙唇倾度具有相关性(P<0.05),随着ANB角增大,下颌|--MP°、|--NB°、|--NB mm增大。ANB角与上颌前牙唇倾度无相关性(P>0.05)。两两比较结果显示,A组的上颌⊥-NA mm高于B组、C组,B组的上颌⊥-NA mm高于C组,A组的上颌⊥-SN°,⊥-NA°高于C组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论骨性Ⅰ类患者矢状骨面型与垂直骨型均和上前牙唇倾度具有相关性。
Objective To investigate the influence factors of the incisive inclination for the adult patients with skeletal classⅠ malocclusion. Methods One hundred twenty cases of skeletal class Ⅰ malocclusion who underwent orthodontic treatment and the skull cranial lateral radiographs were selected from June of 2010 to June of 2017 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University. According to the mandibular plane( SN-MP),the patients were divided into three groups. The Pearson correlation analysis was used to study the correlation between ANB angles and two aspects,namely labial inclination of upper anterior teeth( ⊥-SN°、⊥-NA°、⊥-NA mm) and labial inclination of lower anterior teeth( |--MP°、|--NB°、|--NB mm). The correlation between mandibular plane( SN-MP) and labial inclination of upper and lower anterior teeth was also analyzed.Results The ANB angle and the lower incisive inclination were positively correlated( P〈0. 05). Inclination of lower anterior teeth( |--MP°、|--NB°、|--NB mm) increased with the increasing of ANB angle,but there was no correlation between labial inclination of upper anterior teeth and the ANB angle( P〈0. 05). The maxillary ⊥-NA mm in group A was bigger than that in group B and group C,the maxillary ⊥-NA mm in group B was bigger than that in group C,and the maxillary⊥-SN°and⊥-NA mm in group A were bigger than that in group C. The differences among three groups were statistically significant( P〈0. 05). Conclusion The sagittal skeletal facial types and the vertical skeletal facial types are correlated with labial inclination of upper anterior teeth for the patients with skeletal class Ⅰmalocclusion.
