两种纤维桩修复上前牙牙体缺损的临床研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的比较两种临床常用的纤维桩修复上前牙牙体缺损的修复效果,为纤维桩的选择提供依据。方法收集2010年1月至2012年12月于郑州大学第一附属医院修复科修复上前牙的患者195人共267颗患牙,130颗患牙采用玻璃纤维桩修复,137颗患牙采用石英纤维桩修复。对修复后所有患牙进行为期3 a的临床观察和记录。应用SPSS 21.0软件进行统计学分析。结果玻璃纤维桩和石英纤维桩修复上前牙3 a成功率分别为95.3%和97.8%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论经过3 a的临床观察,两种纤维桩修复上前牙牙体缺损的成功率均较高,可供临床选择。 Objective To compare the clinical effects of two fiber posts used in maxillary- anterior teeth and provide refer- ences for clinical treatment. Methods One hundred and ninety- - five patients with a total of 267 anterior teeth in need of post - core - crown restoration in the First Affiliated Hosptial of Zhengzhou University from January- of 2010 to December of 2012 were recruited. A total of 130 teeth were restored using glass fiber post, 137 were restored using quartz fiber post. Patients were observed for 3 years. SPSS 21.0 was used for statistical analysis. Results The three - year success rate of glass fiber post and quartz fiber post were 95.3% and 97. 8%, the difference between them was not statistically significant (P〉0.05). Conclusion The three - year success rate of the glass fiber post and quartz fiber post in post - core - crown restoration used in maxillary- teeth both high. Both of them could be used for clinical choice.
