昆山市居民对妇幼健康管理服务的意向调查

Investigation on Residents' Intention of Maternity and Child Health Management Services in Kunshan City

目的:了解昆山市居民对妇幼健康管理项目的知晓、接受及满意情况,为提高当地居民基本公共卫生服务利用水平提供依据。方法:对该市1561位18岁及以上居民进行问卷调查,并以年龄、性别、户籍所在地等变量为依据进行描述性分析和单因素卡方检验。结果:儿童健康管理项目中25-34岁的户籍居民知晓率(71.43%)显著高于非户籍居民(49.43%),曾接受过该服务的居民占服务对象的比例高达96.16%,满意度评分≥8分的居民占90.52%;孕产妇健康管理项目中25-34岁的户籍居民知晓率(87.01%)显著高于非户籍居民(76.05%),曾接受过该服务的居民占服务对象的比例高达97.16%,满意度评分≥8分的居民占92.69%。结论:昆山市居民对妇幼健康管理项目接受度和满意度总体良好,但非户籍居民尤其是年轻人对服务的知晓率有待提高,需重点加强对年轻非户籍居民的宣传教育。

Objective： To learn the awareness,acceptance and satisfaction of maternity and child health management services among residents in Kunshan City,and provide reference for improving the utilization of basic public health services of local residents. Methods： We investigate 1561 residents more than 18 years old by questionnaire. The data was analyzed by descriptive analysis and single factor chi square test based on age,gender,household registration and other variables. Results： In child health management services,the awareness rate of the residents aged25-34 years（ 71. 43%） was higher than that of the non-registered residents（ 49. 43%）,the proportion of residents who received this service was 96. 16%,and the proportion of satisfaction score ≥8 points accounted for 90. 52%. In maternal health management services,the awareness rate of the residents aged 25-34 years（ 87. 01%） was higher than that of the non-registered residents（ 76. 05%）,the proportion of residents who received this service was 97. 16%,the proportion of satisfaction score ≥8 points accounted for 92. 69%. Conclusion： The acceptance and satisfaction of Kunshan residents in maternal and child health management programs were generally good. However,the awareness rate of non-registered residents,especially the young population,needs to be improved. We should focus on strengthening the publicity and education of young non-registered residents.
