浙江省部分医院护士开展微信健康科普知识宣教现状调查

Investigation on Health Popular Science Knowledge Education Using WeChat Among Nurses in Several Hospitals in Zhejiang Province

目的:了解浙江省医院护士利用微信开展健康科普知识宣教的现状,为促进护士开展健康教育提供参考。方法:采取自编问卷对浙江省温州、宁波、台州758名护理人员进行调查,对资料进行描述性分析、卡方检验和Logistic回归分析。结果:有43.14%的护士转发过健康科普信息,年龄、婚姻状况、月收入及所属地区对转发微信健康科普信息有影响(P<0.05);有44.73%的护士发布过原创性健康科普信息,年龄、婚姻状况、文化程度、职称、所属地区与医院等级等影响护士有无原创微信健康科普信息(P<0.05);针对患者的护理专业相关的健康科普信息不多。结论:护士健康科普类信息转发率较低、原创性不多,应采取多种激励措施,促进护士在患者中使用微信开展健康教育,提升专业形象。

Objective： To understand the current situation of health popular science knowledge education of nurses through We-Chat in hospitals in Zhejiang Province,and provide reference for improving the nurses＇ ability to develop the health education. Methods： 758 nurses selected from Ningbo,Wenzhou,and Taizhou were surveyed. Variance test and logistic regression were used for statistical analysis. The data was analyzed by Descriptive analysis,Chi-square test and Logistic regression analysis. Results： The proportion of nurses on health information forwarding was 43. 14%. Age,marital status,monthly income and the region they belong to had an impact on the transmission of We Chat health popular science information（ P〈0. 05）. The proportion of the nurses to publish the original health science information accounted for 44. 73%. There was lack of health popular science information related to nursing profession of the patients. Conclusion： The rate of health popular science information of nurses is low and its original originality is insufficient. A variety of incentives should be taken to promote the nurses＇ use of We Chat for health education in patients and improve their professional image.
