广州市天河区居民健康素养现状及影响因素

Study on Status and Influencing Factors of Health Literacy Among Residents in Tianhe District,Guangzhou City

目的:调查了解广州市天河区居民健康素养认知现状及其影响因素,为提高居民健康素养提供科学依据。方法:采用分层随机抽样方法,采用《2009中国公民健康素养调查问卷》对天河区519名常住居民进行调查。结果:调查人群中具备综合健康素养水平的有211人(41.7%);不同教育水平居民在综合健康素养水平方面存在差异(P<0.05);不同教育水平和年龄的居民在健康观念和知识方面差异显著(P<0.01);不同年龄和收入水平的居民在健康生活方式和行为方面差异显著(P<0.05);不同收入水平的居民在健康技能方面差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:天河区居民健康素养整体水平较高,健康素养受年龄、教育水平、收入水平的影响,影响天河区居民健康素养各维度的因素各不相同,应该开展有针对性的宣传教育,提高居民健康素养水平。

Objective： To investigate the status of health literacy of residents in Tianhe District of Guangzhou City and analyze the influencing factors to provide a scientific basis for improving the health literacy of residents. Methods： We used the questionnaire of 2009 Chinese Citizens＇ Health Literacy Questionnaire to investigate 519 residents in Tianhe District by stratified random sampling. Results： The survey population with health literacy was 211 people（ 41. 7%）. There were significant differences in the level of comprehensive health literacy among residents with different educational levels（ P〈0. 05）. There were significant differences in health concept and knowledge among residents with different educational levels and ages（ P〈0. 01）. There were significant differences in healthy lifestyle and behavior among residents with different ages and income levels（ P〈0. 05）. There were significant differences in health skill among residents with different income levels（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The residents＇ overall level of health literacy in Tianhe District is high. The health literacy is influenced by age,education level and income level. The factors that affect the health literacy of residents in Tianhe District are different. We should carry out targeted propaganda and education so as to improve the health literacy level of the residents.
