Analysis on Diabetes Curative Expenditure in Jilin Province

目的:分析2014年吉林省糖尿病治疗费用在内分泌、营养代谢疾病中的分布和占比,为糖尿病防治的费用管理提供科学依据。方法:采用卫生费用核算体系2011,核算吉林省糖尿病治疗费用相关情况,并分析治疗费用的分布特点。结果:2014年吉林省内分泌、营养代谢疾病治疗总费用为269414.06万元,其中糖尿病治疗费用所占比例最高,达到80.06%。糖尿病的治疗费主要产生于中老年人群;98.42%的费用产生在医院,并以县级医院为主,基层医疗卫生机构所占比例较小;医院中产生的费用43.44%用于门诊治疗。结论:2014年吉林省糖尿病治疗费用集中特点显著,主要用于医院治疗,并以县级医院为主,基层医疗卫生机构糖尿病的防治能力需进一步提升。

Objective： To analyze the proportion and distribution of curative expenditure of diabetes in endocrine,nutritional and metabolic disease in Jilin Province in 2014,so as to provide a scientific basis for the cost management of diabetes prevention and treatment. Methods：Based on the System of Health Accounts 2011,We estimated the curative expenditure of diabetes in Jilin Province and analyze the distribution characteristics of the expenditure. Results： In the year 2014,the curative spending on endocrine,nutritional and metabolic disease was 2694. 14 million RMB,and the diabetes expenditure accounted for the highest proportion of 80. 06% of the total spending. 98. 42% of the spending was consumed in hospitals,which mainly occurred in the county level hospital and the proportion of basic-level health care institution was less. 43.44% of the diabetes curative expenditure was from outpatient. Conclusion： The cost of diabetes treatment in Jilin Province is significant,mainly for hospital treatment,and mainly in county hospitals. The level of diabetes prevention and control in primary health care institutions needs further improvement.
