基于专业认证的卫生事业管理人才胜任力本位教育模式思考

Thinking of Competency-Based Education Model for Health Management Talents Based on Professional Certification

以胜任力为切入点,界定卫生事业管理人才胜任特征,分析当前我国卫生事业管理教育存在的问题。借鉴美国卫生管理专业认证的胜任力教育培养模式,提出我国卫生管理专业胜任力本位教育改革建议;围绕专业人才培养目标,引入CBE教育理论,培养学生的自我概念和自我提升;学习和开展我国的卫生管理专业认证工作;重新规划并整合管理课程群;加强对卫生管理人才培养的外部环境分析,从社会需求角度出发,提高人才的胜任特征。

The situation of current health management education was analyzed and competency characteristic of health care management talents was defined according to the competency model theory. Furthermore,we draw lessons from United States which takes the education model driving by professional certification in the field of health management,and put forward to suggestions of competency-based education in health management,including carry out the professional certification and CBE education theory,redesign the curriculum group,and explore the appropriate relationship between the training objectives and social needs of health management talent.
