不同基质对‘寒香蜜’葡萄插条生长及VvLFY和VvAP1基因表达的影响 被引量:1

摘要 为探求有利于‘寒香蜜’葡萄插条成花的基质类型,试验选用了不同配比的珍珠岩、蛭石、营养土作为扦插基质,通过观察插条根和地上部生长情况,以及4个时期插条嫩枝VvLFY和VvAP1基因的表达情况,选出有利于花序发育的基质类型。结果表明,在不同基质中,插条生根和地上部生长情况不同,其中珍珠岩+蛭石(1:1)和珍珠岩生长良好;不同基质中,珍珠岩+蛭石(1:1)和珍珠岩中的插条产生了花序,结合VvLFY和VvAP1基因的表达量,这两种基质有利于插条成花。 The purpose of this experiment was to search for optimal substrate that adapt to cuttings orescence of 'Reliance' grape. The dierent proportions perlite, vermiculite, nutritional soil were selected as substrates in this experiment. In order to select an optimal substrate, the growth of roots, shoots and the expression of VvLFY, VvaP1 was studied. The results showed that perlite + vermiculite (1:1) and perlite could improve roots and shoots growth. The substrates that perlite + vermiculite (1:1) and perlite had profound effects on root length and root number of 'Reliance' cuttings. There were higher expression of VvLFY and VvaP1 when cuttings were planted in vermiculite + perlite (1:1) or perlite. From all indexes of this experiment, we could know that vermiculite + perlite (1:1) and perlite were the optimal substrate of 'Reliance' cuttings orescence.
