摘要
"绿水青山就是金山银山"的绿色发展新理念,是云南省推进生态文明排头兵建设的主要措施之一,确立了生态环境保护要"算大账、长远账、整体账、综合账""保护生态环境就是保护生产力""一定要像保护眼睛一样保护生态环境"三个核心理念,与努力成为生态文明建设排头兵、生态建设与长远发展相结合、"留得住青山绿水,记得住乡愁"等理念的普及共同推进,是当下云南省生态文明建设的主要思想理念。
The new development concept that ＂lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets＂ in Yunnan province is one of the main measures for the construction of ecological civilization and three key ecological concepts are established for the environment protection, combined with the ecological construction and long - term development. The wide - spread and promoted ecological concepts are the current main ideological concepts for the construction of ecological civilization establishment in Yunnan province.
