摘要
近年来,自由基清除剂在临床实践中被广泛关注,以改善急性脑梗死患者的神经功能障碍及日常生活能力。依达拉奉的化学名称为3-甲基-1-苯基-2-吡唑琳-5-酮,于2001年4月在日本第一次上市,是第一个用于临床治疗急性脑梗死的自由基清除剂,进一步的研究发现,依达拉奉在其他组织、器官也能起到抗氧化应激作用,具有较高的临床应用价值。本文对依达拉奉的作用机制及临床应用进行综述。
Oxygen free radical scavengar is getting more and more medical attention.And Edaravone is recognized as a newneurprotective agent , first listed in Japan in 2005.The chemical name of the agent is 3-Menthyl-1-plenyl-1-pyrazolin-5-one, whichcan support the cells by interrupting lipin peroxidation caused by transferring a electron to free radicals. As the studies deepening, it wassuggested Edaravone may be involved in anti oxidative stress of other organs.Therefore, possible mechanisms and clinical applications ofthe medicine are discussed.
