基于RFID托盘库技术的生产管理模式应用

Application of Production Management Model Based on RFID Tray Library Technology

文中针对多品种、小批量生产车间出现的物料存储、配送、信息采集和管理难的现象,设计了基于RFID技术的托盘库物料管理系统,提出了托盘库的概念,介绍了RFID识别技术的原理。同时,对托盘库在车间的运用做了简单的描述,以托盘库为单元对物料进行成套配送,可以实现车间内无仓库式管理模式,并实时监控生产物料的状态。使得货品调度方便快捷,大大提高物流管理中信息采集的自动化水平,保证了货物在运输过程中的安全,提高了物流效率并降低成本。

In this paper,many varieties and small batch production workshop of material storage,distribution,information collection and management difficult phenomenon,the design of pallet material management system based on RFID technology,put forward the concept of the tray base,introduces the principle of RFID identification technology. At the same time,the application of pallet storehouse in the workshop is simply described. The pallet storehouse is used as a unit to complete the distribution of materials,so that no warehouse management mode can be realized in the workshop,and the status of production materials can be monitored in real time. It makes the dispatch of goods convenient and fast,greatly improves the automation level of information collection in logistics management,ensures the safety of goods in the transportation process,improves the logistics efficiency and reduces the cost.
