摘要
国内外对工程供应链管理的研究和实践表明,能否合理有效地进行工程供应链风险管理直接关系到工程项目的成败。文中以系统动力学为工具,构建物流风险子系统、资金流风险子系统和信息流风险子系统,做出各子系统之间的关系图,建立工程供应链风险管理的系统动力学模型,为降低工程供应链风险提供有利保证。
The research and practice of construction supply chain management show that the risk management of construction supply chain is reasonable and effective. The system dynamics was applied as the tools to build the logistics risk subsystem,cash flow risk subsystem and information flow risk subsystem,make the system dynamics model for construction supply chain risk management,providing a powerful guarantee for reducing the risk of construction supply chain.
