摘要
在互联网+的风潮下,人们的生活消费方式正经历着变革和重塑,线上线下相结合的生活服务O2O平台企业逐渐成为主流。生活服务O2O平台企业有着十分广阔的市场潜力和发展前景,但其风险管控的体系不完善,风险管理意识薄弱。文中旨在构建生活服务O2O平台企业的风险管理体系,以保证其健康发展。
Under the trend of Internet +,life style and consumerism are changing and reshaping. Life service O2O has a huge market potential and development prospects,but its risk management system and risk management consciousness are poor.The paper might rich the risk management theory of service life of O2O,and have a positive reference significance.
