摘要 转向架的动力学性能的好坏,直接决定了车辆运行时的平稳性、稳定性和安全性。文中介绍了国内外常见的高速动车拖车转向架,大致分析了一下各国高速动车组的结构特点、技术特点和其主要研究方向。并在此基础上选取CRH2型的拖车转向架作为研究对象,具体研究了SKTB-200型拖车转向架各主要的悬挂系统及相关数据参数,以此为基础建立了SIMPACK的动力学仿真模型。文中选择的研究目标参数是转向架的悬挂刚度参数,在研究了每个部位悬挂参数的变化对整体车辆动力学性能的影响的基础上,为接下来的参数优化提供改进依据。最后对一系弹簧刚度和空气弹簧的刚度进行了优化,并测试了优化后的车辆动力学性能指数。计算结果表明:优化后的高速动车,其运行稳定性和平稳性均得到较大的改善,并提高了其临界速度。 The stability,riding quality and safety of running trains are mianly determined by the dynamic performance of high speed bogie. after introduced some high-speed EMU trailers at home and abroad,this paper roughly analysed their structural and technical characteristics and then unveiled the research trends of high-speed EMUs of these countries. the bogie of CRH2 trailer is selected as the research object,and the primary and secondary suspension system and its relevant parameters of the SKTB-200 trailer truck are studied in detail. A dynamic simulation model of SIMPACK is established on the basis of former analysis. In this research,the suspension stiffness parameter of the bogie was choosen as the tested parameter. Based on the study of the influence of the suspension parameters of each parts on the overall vehicle dynamics performance,it laid a fundation for the next parameter optimization. Finally,the parameter of the stiffness for the main springs of primary suspension and the air bags were optimized,and then showed their dynamic performance index. The simulation results showed that the optimized high-speed vehicle has a great improvement on the stability and riding quality,as well as its critical speed.
