摘要
文章结合生产实例,对印制电路板化学镍金工艺几类常见品质问题的产生原因及解决办法进行了研究,阐释了在线水洗水质对化学镍金工艺品质影响的重要性。
In this paper, the causes of several common quality problems of the ENIG technology in PCB and the methods of solution were analyzed based on real cases. The signifcance of wash-water quality and its infuence on the quality of the ENIG technology was then elucidated.
