摘要
在PCB的最后检查(FQC)工序中的检板与数板的用工量大,且重要性高,为减少该工序的人工成本及确保可靠性,我公司自主设计开发软硬件控制系统,通过工业以太网集成SCARA(平面关节型机器人)与机器视觉到FQC工序中以替代人工的检板与数板,进一步提升工厂的智能制造检测水平。
FQC needs lots of human resources to check and count PCB. It is important work because it is the fnal checks and then the PCB will be sent out to customers. To reduce the human cost and improve the reliability, a control system is designed and developed through Ethernet to control the SCARA robot and machine vision to check and count PCB to replace human, and this project improves the smart manufacturing and smart checking of the plant.
