摘要
学业负担不仅存在个体差异,在不同性别之间也存在差异。通过问卷调查,结合初中生学业负担性别差异的现状,探求性别差异的原因,并给出相应的教育策略。统计结果表明:不同性别初中生的外部压力大小存在显著性差异,主要体现在家庭氛围和师生交往两方面,且男生的压力高于女生;在心理倦怠的去人性化部分存有明显的性别差异,且男生的学习适应性弱于女生;初中生的身体负荷程度无明显的性别差异。该结果可为教育决策与教学设计提供重要的参考。
There not only exists individual difference but difference between genders as far as academicburden is concerned. Through the questionnaire, combined with the status quo of junior high school students’ gender differences in academic burden,this paper tries to explore the reasons for ences ,and gives the corresponding education strategy. The statistical results show that thercant differences in the external pressure of junior high school students of different genders, which are mainly reflected in the family atmosphere and the interaction between teachers and students,and the pres-sure of boys is higher than that of girls. There are obvious gender differences in the dehumanizing part ofpsychological burnout,and the boys’ learning adaptability isweaker than that of girls. There is no obvious gender difference in the degree of physical burden of junior high school students. The results can provide important reference for educational decision making and instructional design.
