福建省众创空间发展现状与对策研究

A Study on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of Maker Spaces in Fujian Province

众创空间是顺应"大众创业、万众创新"的趋势发展起来的新型创业服务平台。福建省相继制定促进众创空间发展的政策文件,在政策、资金等方面提供了一系列的保障,众创空间呈现快速发展的态势。福建省众创空间存在优质企业少、区域发展不平衡、资金人才紧缺、盈利模式单一、服务能力薄弱等问题,需通过完善众创空间建设模式、加强要素资源保障、提高服务水平、优化发展环境等措施,引导福建省众创空间的健康发展。

Maker space is a new type of business incubation platform,developing under the background of ＂popular entrepreneurship and innovation＂. Fujian Province has made policies and documents in succession to promote the development of maker spaces,by offering guarantee in policies and funds,and maker spaces in Fujian remain a rapid growth. However,there are still problems with the maker spaces of Fujian,such as deficiency in superior maker space enterprises,unbalanced development among regions,lack of funds and talents,mono profit model and poor service capability,etc. Measures need to be adopted to guide the development of maker spaces in Fujian in a healthy way through developing superior maker spaces,providing guarantee of factor resources,improving service capability,and optimizing environment for their development.
