本科高校产教融合建设产业学院新系统探析

An Exploration on the New System of Industrial Colleges Integrating Education with Industry in Universities

本科高校和产业的合作创新,可有效推动高校和产业的发展。依托创新扩散理论,使用焦点团体访谈法,构建本科高校产教融合建设产业学院的新教学模式,厘清高校导入新系统的影响因素,包括外界环境开放特性、组织创新认知特性及组织系统化特性三个层面。外界环境越开放,组织创新认知越高及组织系统化特性越完善,本科高校产教融合建构产业学院的意愿也就越高。政、产、学三方联合推动,创建产业学院,有助于培养实务应用型人才,促进地方经济发展。

The cooperation and innovation of universities and industries can effectively promote the development of universities and industries. Based on the theory of innovation diffusion,this paper uses the focus group interview method to construct a new teaching model of industrial colleges that integrates education with industry and classifies the factors that influence the new system of industrial colleges into three aspects： the open characteristics of external environment,the cognitive characteristics of organizational innovation and the systematic characteristics of the organization. It finds that the more open the external environment,the higher the awareness of organizational innovation is and the more perfect the systematic characteristics of the organization are,the higher the intention of the construction of industrial colleges will be. The government,industries and universities should combine their efforts to establish industrial colleges and cultivate practical applied talents to enhance the development of local economy.
