九极散外敷治疗急性胰腺炎的疗效观察

Curative Effect Observation of Jiu-ji-san on Severe Acute Pancreatitis

通过对37例急性重症胰腺炎合并有腹腔积液的患者进行随机对照观察,结果显示:外敷九极散组(以后简称治疗组)疼痛缓解时间为3.17±0.76天,对照组疼痛缓解时间为5.23±1.34天;腹腔积液消失时间,治疗组为12.65±5.38天,对照组为19.29±10.24天。外敷组缓解患者的疼痛的时间和腹腔积液吸收的时间较对照组有明显差异,能够提高治疗急性重症胰腺炎的疗效,且缩短住院时间。

By the randomized controlled observation on 37 patients with severe acute pancreatitis （ SAP） accompanying with seroperitoneum,the results show thatthe time of abdominal pain relief of the group in which patients accepted an external application of Jiu-j i-san is 3.17±0.76 da#s with the contrast group of 5.23 ±1.34 days ; the time of seroperitoneum disappeared of treatment group is 12.65±5.38 days, while the contrast group is 19.29±10.24 days. Time of abdominal pain relief and seroperitoneum disappeared in treat-ment group are obviously shorter than the contrast group. It is proved that Jiu-ji-san can improve the cura-tive effect of SAP and shorten the hospitalization time.
