校企合作动力机制构建探究——基于校企合作相关主体的分析 被引量:2

摘要 校企合作的动因包括学校、企业、政府及市场四个相关方面。其中,学校、企业因自身发展需要形成的互吸力是校企合作的内生性动力,政府的有效介入是校企合作的推力和支持力,市场需求、竞争是校企合作的拉力、压力,后两者都属于外源性动力。目前,以校企互吸力为表征的内生性动力不足,以政府介入为代表的外源性动力缺失,是制约校企合作深入发展的主要缘由。要推动校企合作良性运行,协调内生性动力与外源性动力是关键。为此,提出从重构合作理念、搭建信息沟通平台、建设校企合作实践基地、提高学校服务能力等方面增强内生性动力,从完善政府介入方式方面提升外源性动力,以促进校企合作朝着持续、深入的方向发展。 The motivation of schools-enterprise cooperation includes four aspects: schools, enterprise,government and market. Among them, the mutual suction that schools and enterprises needed for develop-ment is the endogenous motivity of school-enterprise cooperation, the effective intervention of government is the thrust and support force, and the market demand and competition are the tension and pressure. The lat-ter two belong to exogenous power. At present, the lack of endogenous motivation characterized by the school- enterprises mutual attraction and the lack of external motivation represented by government inter-vention are the main reasons that restrict the in-depth development of school-enterprise cooperation. In or-der to promote the healthy operation of school-enterprise cooperation, the key point is the harmony between endogenous motivation and exogenous motivation. For this reason, it proposes to improve endogenous moti-vation by reconstructing cooperation concept, building information communication platform, establishing school-enterprise cooperation practice base, and improving school service ability, and to improve exogenous motivation by perfecting the government intervention so as to facilitate the cooperation between school and enterprise toward a sustained and in-depth direction.
