Research on the Cultivation of Students' Entrepreneurship in Engineering Colleges in the Context of the Transformation of Old and New Momentum

培养具有企业家精神的工科人才是影响新旧动能转化进程的重点环节,工科院校要从学生在校起就加强其企业家精神培养。本文首先明确了企业家精神内涵,然后探讨了工科院校培养学生企业家精神中存在的针对性较弱、师资力量薄弱、缺乏学术自由及儒家思想影响四个问题,然后根据问题给出相应的对策。

It is the key link to influence the transformation process of the old and new momentum ,and theengineering colleges should strengthen the cultivation of the entrepreneurial spirit from the students in the school.Thispaper firstly clarified the connotation of entrepreneurship,then discussed the problems existing in the training of students＇entrepreneurship in engineering colleges and provided corresponding countermeasures.
