摘要
高校在外籍教师聘任中面临诸多方面的挑战和问题。本文主要结合这些问题探讨此项工作的思路和对策,同时分析外教来华的原因,以便有针对性地开展工作,实现高素质稳定的外教团队建设。
There are many challenges and problems in the recruiting process for foreign teachers in higher institutes.This article is to find the approach and solution in this topic with concentration on these problems.The author alsoanalyzes the reason why the foreign teachers come to teach in China,so that this work could be done with a cleardirection,to reach the goal of building up a high quality and stable foreign teacher team.
