The problems existing in the construction of teacher morality in colleges was enumerated in detailthrough the way of investigation and research in this paper.The causes and roots of the problems were deeplyexcavated.Some constructive suggestions and countermeasures on how to improve the level of teacher morality wereput forward.These played an important role in promoting the construction of teacher morality in colleges.
