摘要
随着新时期高校教育理念的逐步升级,高校课程改革已经进入全新阶段,特别是高校人力资源管理课程在教育教学方式设置的创新机会日益凸显。从高校人力资源管理课程教学的现状、存在的主要问题为分析基础,理清人力资源管理课程改革所需要的核心基础,并有针对性地提出课程改革新举措。
With the gradual upgrading of the educational concept in colleges and universities in the new period,the curriculum reform in colleges and universities has entered a new stage, especially the opportunities for innovationin the setting of human resources management courses in colleges and universities are becoming increasinglyprominent. From the current situation of human resources management course teaching in colleges and universities,the main problems are analyzed, the core foundation of human resources management curriculum reform is clarified,and the new measures of curriculum reform are put forward.
