《管理学基础》是面向在校的海军飞行学员开设的一门必修课程,对于培养学员计划、组织、协调、领导等综合管理能力有着十分重要的作用,为学员未来走向工作岗位奠定扎实的理论基础。结合三个班次2015级大三飞行学员的《管理学基础》课程的教学任务,以提高学员的创新能力及综合管理能力为目标,分析在实际教学过程中存在的问题,积极探索多种教学改革措施及方法。通过对课程及课堂的教学改革提高了授课质量并取得了显著成效,赢得了学员的认可。

The ＂Basics of Management Science＂ is a compulsory course for the naval flight students at the school.Itplaysa very important role in college students＇ planning,organization,coordination,leadership,and other comprehensivemanagement capabilities,and lays a solid foundation for the students to move toward future jobs.Combining the teachingtasks of the＂Management Basics＂course for three classes of 2015 junior flight students,with the goal of improving thestudents＇ innovative ability and comprehensive management ability,analyze the problems in the actual teaching processand actively explore various teaching reforms＇ measures and methods.Through the teaching reform of the curriculumand the classroom,the teaching quality has been improved and remarkable results have been achieved,which has won therecognition of the trainees.
