摘要
用客观结构化临床考试评价CBL与LBL在八年制研究生心内科实习阶段的效果。将在心内科实习的八年制临床医学专业学生65人,分别采用CBL与传统的LBL方法教学,实习结束采用客观结构化临床考试进行考核,并采用无记名方式对学生满意度进行调查。CBL教学有助于提高八年制研究生在心内科实习阶段的临床技能与思维能力,学生满意度较高,值得进一步研究。
The effect of CBL and LBL in the eight year Postgraduate Department of Cardiology was evaluated bythe objective structured clinical examination.65 students in eight year clinical medicine students who were practicing inDepartment of Cardiology were assessed by CBL and traditional LBL respectively.CBL teaching is helpful to improvethe clinical skills and thinking ability of the eight year graduate students in the Department of Cardiology,and thestudents' satisfaction is high.It is worth further study.
