Research on the Current Situation and Reform of College English Teaching

在知识经济全球化时代,国际交流日益繁多,英语作为对外交流的工具也得到了极大的发展,逐渐成为我们生活中必不可少的工具,因此,英语人才的培养也成为教育的重中之重。其培养目标也逐渐从单纯学习英语语言向英语综合应用型人才培养方向上转变。本文对目前高校英语教学现状进行分析,为教学改革提出建设性的改革策略。

In the era of knowledge economy globalization,there are more and more international exchanges.Asatool of external communication,English has also been greatly developed and gradually become an indispensable tool forour life.Therefore,the cultivation of English talents has become the top priority of education.The training goal alsogradually changed from the simple learning English language to the English comprehensive applied talents.This paper isto analyze the current situation of English Teaching in Colleges and universities,and put forward constructive reformstrategies for the reform of teaching.
