摘要
目前,我国的医疗纠纷问题已成为尖锐的社会问题,所以迫切需要一些既懂得医学专业知识又懂得法学专业知识的人才来解决该类问题。医事法学专业就是在培养这样的综合人才。本文针对此类现象对该专业的人才培养提出相关的意见和解决方案。
At present,the medical dispute has becomea very sharp social problems,so urgently need some medicalprofessional knowledge as well as professional knowledge of law to solve the problem.Medical law major is cultivatingsuch comprehensive talents.This paper puts forward relevant opinions and solutions to the cultivation of talents in thisfield.
