Exploration on Cultivation of Innovation Capability for Postgraduates in Agricultural Universities

研究生教育是我国高等教育的重要组成部分,研究生创新能力的培养受到极大的关注,根据黑龙江八一农垦大学工程学院研究生培养过程中的具体做法,分析和探索了提高研究生创新能力和实践能力的途径,通过修订和完善培养方案建立合理的理论课程体系,构建研究生创新平台,加强了研究生的实践创新能力;产学研的融合可以引导研究生主动积极参与教学科研及生产,进行主动的创造性学习与创新。

Postgraduates education is an important part of tertiary education .In recent years,the cultivation ofinnovation capability for postgraduates is received great attention.According to the process of concrete practices incollege of engineering in Heilongjiang bayi agricultural university,the ways to improve innovation capability andpractice ability for postgraduates are analyzed.A reasonable theoretical curriculum system is firstly established by revisingand improving the training program.In order to strengthen innovation capabilities and practice abilities,the innovativeplatform is built.At the same time,the combination of production,teaching and research can lead the postgraduates tocarry out active creative learning and innovation.
