Practice and Exploration of the Cultivating Mode and Cultivating Program in Professional Master Postgraduates of Pharmacy at Local Medical Universities

基于地方医学院校的特点,结合药学硕士专业学位研究生的培养要求,从培养的总体思路、培养目标、培养规划和措施、培养模式和培养方案等方面提出建议,探索药学专业学位教育管理新机制。

Based on the characteristics of local medical universities and the cultivating requirement of professionalmaster postgraduates of pharmacy,the training program and curriculum system of professional master postgraduates ofpharmacy were built.The concrete training plan was put forward.The cultivating program,quality of teachers,curriculasystem,practice base and cultivating quality were investigated.New management mechanism for professional masterpostgraduates of pharmacy was explored.
