浅论残疾儿童受教育权的法律保障——以浙江省为例

A Brief Discussion on the Legal Protection of the Right to Education for Disabled Children——Take Zhejiang Province for Example

残疾儿童的受教育权是我国《宪法》赋予的一项基本权利。与普通适龄儿童的入学情况相比,残疾儿童的入学率不容乐观。无论是立法、司法还是行政救济方面,残疾儿童受教育权的法律保障仍然存在不足,有必要加以进一步的完善。

Education for disabled children isa basic right of constitution.There is yet expectation for the percentageof enrolled disabled children,compare with normal school aged children,and also not enough legal protection of educa-tional right whether in legislation,justice or policy for disabled children,so it is necessary to improve it.
