论高校实验室管理改革的重点

Key Points in the Reform of University Laboratory Management

实验室是学校办学、科研和社会服务能力与水平的重要载体,是高校科研水平、管理水平的重要体现,是高校学科建设和综合发展的关键。本文结合湖南农业大学,讲述了当前高校实验室管理中所存在的问题,分别从实验室的管理机构、岗位和人员设置、仪器设备共享和合理购置大型仪器等方面来探讨实验室的改革,提出建议。

The university laboratory is an important carrier for level of school running,scientific research and socialservice.It is an outstanding reflection of university＇s research and management level,which makes it a key of universitysubject construction and full development.This paper mainly take Hunan Agricultural University as an example,discovered the current problems which exist in the laboratory management of colleges and universities.Then it probesinto the reform of the laboratory from the aspects of control agency,installation of post and personnel,sharing theinstruments and reasonable purchase of large instrument,and then the paper puts some advice on the laboratorymanagement.
