摘要
基于滇西北民族地区青年教师"生存现状"调研,剖析其面临角色超载、角色冲突两大职业角色困惑对专业发展及学校转型发展工作的不良影响,提出改善外部环境建立青年教师成长的社会支持系统、处理好个人发展与学校转型发展的关系等两大策略帮助青年教师更好走上专业发展之路。
Based on the research of the young teachers' "current living situation" in northwest of Yunnan ethnicminority areas,analyzes the negative influences on their professional development and colleague transformation once theyfacing of the confusions of role overload and role conflict,propose two strategies in improve the external environment toestablish social support system to support the young teachers' growth and in correctly handle the relationship betweenpersonal development and colleague transformation and development to help young teachers go to a better road ofprofessional development.
